J.A. Henckels International Forged Premio 5.5-Inch Boning Knife

It is an excellent quality knife; everything I expected from a Henckels knife. Bought it because I already had the paring and chef's knives.

What I was looking for. A fairly sharp boning knige with good price point. Knife has a good point and the blade is sharp without being too friagle. I do wish the blade was a little more flexable, but that is what I have a fillet knife for.

I currently have Henkels Pro and 4 stars. These Premios are OK, but noticeably cheaper in appearance, but the are inexepensive and I took advantage of the 4 for 3 deal. They are sharp, hope they last.
