Henckels knives have always been a favorite, so when it was time to upgrade knives I opted for a Premio set plus a few aditional knivws, including the Parer. This is a very useful knive, especially for slicing/chopping vegetables. Like the rest of the set, it is well made and very sharp.

The entire Premio line makes food preparation enjoyable. The heft of the knives is excellent. They fit well in the hand and cut extremely well. Not having the knives for an extended period of time makes it difficult to gauge their ability to remain sharp, but to this point, I find them very user friendly and a pleasure to use. The Kudamono is sharp out of the package and easy to handle.
