The good:
They look nice.
They're relatively stainless (they will stain if you don't keep after them).
They'll take a good sharp edge.
They're cheap.
The bad:
A couple of dishwasher runs and you'll notice rust-like spots on them. A bit of brass/copper polish and it goes away.
They take a very sharp edge, BUT it isn't very durable. This steel seems to be quite soft.
Made in China. (sigh)
We bought a set of 4 on Amazon so we'd have a matching set of 8 knives. For the price, they're OK. If you don't mind occasionally sharpening your knives, they seem to be a good value for the money. If you don't have a decent sharpener or don't want to spend the time occasionally sharpening your knives, I'd look elsewhere.

Knives have a nice feel and balance. Took a little sharpening out of the box, but that's usually the case. Nice knives, look better than the plastic and wooden riveted-handle steak knives.Read Best Reviews of Chicago Cutlery Forum 4-Piece Steak Set, Sheath Packaging Here
