Taiwon Metal & Kitchenware 18/10 stainless steel Baguette pattern Appetizer Knife set of 8

I have been looking for appetizer knives to use with my appetizer forks, looked everywhere with no results. Found these and used them the Friday I received them, beautiful and are just the right size.

The Baguette series by Taiwon Metal is a simple yet lovely pattern with a simple rounded end and a subtle line running through all the forks, spoons, and butter knives. The knives are definitely the weakest link of this set: though they are generously large, they are extremely light and feel hollow. Nevertheless, they seem to be sharp enough to do the trick. This set is more than good enough quality for the average home, and it seems sturdy enough to hold up even in restaurants for many years. It does need occasional polishing but doesn't seem to easily scratch or bend.

The weakest part of this set is the absence of a few pieces: a Snail Fork, Ice Tea Spoon, and a Steak Knife(all of which are offered in the Modern Space design) and a Fruit Fork, Fruit Knife, Fruit/Citrus Spoon, Oyster Fork (with three prongs), and Salt Spoon which are not offered in any of the Taiwon Metal patterns. But that only highlights exactly how perfect this set is for multi-course meals or restaurants with different dishes. One can easily built a 7-12-course meal with this set.
