I use this board for everything; I am able to make quick work of all my salads and vegetables. As much as I love the board, I do not like this knife. It causes items not to be cut clean through, as the surface does not fit the bowl because of the second blade. However, I use my single-blade, Mezzaluna knife and it works great. This purchase was actually for two additional bowls for my children, because they loved mine so much!
