Laquiole is a style of knife and if you are looking for the real deal, the manufacturer is French. This is pretty much a knock off and of poor quality . This vendor needs to revise the description to not mislead customers

I expected French manufacture knives in the tradition of great knife makers that I understood this brand to be. So, a bit surprised at where they were manufactured; although the quality is ok. Will see how they perform over time. Presentation box is flimsy.
