Edgeware 50353 Angle Adjust Adjustable Electric Knife Sharpener

I have NOT tried this sharpener, review is based on the available YouTube vid from the company:

1. Because it sharpens both sides of the knife at the same time, you cannot raise a bur, which means you are kind of flying blind.

2. For the same reason, it cannot be used to sharpen single-edged Asian knives, because obviously you only have one side to sharpen, and this would ruin the knife.
