Prepara Salad Prep Set

I bought this set because I wanted the rocker knife, but have found the long chopper much more useful. The long knife works well on Romaine, iceburg, and bib lettuce; the rocker really only works well with single leaves, like spinach. However, I use them nearly every day and they're holding up well after almost a year of constant use and daily trips through the dishwasher.

Works great. The rounded one will cut pizza with ease. I am considering these as holiday gifts. This a must have for your kitchen.

These are great for chopping vegtables, and fruit, too. They work well especially with lettuce, avoiding brown spots when you have left overs.

I thought I would love this based on the reviews, but I must not be a kitchen expert yet. I revert back to my metal knife and have only used these twice. But again, I'm no pro in the kitchen, so I might have bought "over my head" if you know what I mean!
