Individual Steak knife Pro-Series II Single Steak knife

These arrived lickety-split. The quality is good. They are not as awesome as the knives in the Ergo Chef Pro Series 8 knife set that I bought from Amazon two weeks ago but they are good and a good value. I spent a sick amount of time reviewing all the different steak knives I could get and I really wanted the not serrated German ones that cost over $40 each but in the end, well, I got six of these for less than one of those and they are good quality and I'm happy.

They appeared to me to be slightly larger than I expected from the photo. The knives are 9.3" long and the blade is 0.8" wide where it meets the handle. The handle is made of a slightly shinier material than the Pro Series knives. The balance is good. Yea, whatever, they're knives. Get 'em.
