Probably not suitable for taking in hand luggage to a thanksgiving dinner.Wickedly sharp tongs, be careful what you're doing. Unlike some other meat forks with nice curves, this one will fit into your knife block, right alongside a carving knife.
Other than that, does what it is supposed to do. Left handed, or right handed. It might work out for a vegetarian for holding tofu, but I can't really say. ;)
