WMF Crossband Stainless Steel Flatware Placesetting

I am so pleased with this beautiful flatware set. It is just the right weight, feels substantial, and I love the longer length of the knives in the set. Amazon's customer service is the best, as I too did not receive the correct amount of flatware, 51 of 53, but the next day Amazon delivered a complete set to me and I am happy as can be with my purchase.

This is a very nice and heavy set. Got it for a great price on a lightening deal. Although, arrived in nothing more than a plain brown box.

Pieces were individually wrapped and just loose in the box I counted the pieces and only received 52 instead of 53. Amazon customer service made it right.

Very nice quality, however, only received 48 pieces. MISSING 5 piece serving set. Received 8 five piece settings plus 8 soup spoons only for a total of 48 pieces. Previous reviewers have had the same problem. Don't know how to contact the company, hope they read this and send the missing pieces.
