My husband owns his enth Swiss Army knife and loves it. I thought that this knife was going to be loved by me. Unfortunately, it is not really strong for cheese as moderately hard as a Gouda. I had to cut the cheese in smaller pieces in order to have the knife cut it into slices. Not really ideal.Save 23% Off
