Rösle 12724 Cheese Knife

Excellent cheese knife. I have many Rosle kitchen utensils and they are all wonderful. Quite pricey, but in my opinion worth the money, as you'll have them forever. I've had this knife for years and it is still extremely sharp and looks in perfect condition, due I'm sure to the high quality metals they use. Recommended, no question.

One of the few knives that really does what it is supposed to do: cheese doesn't stick and you can cube cheddars, slice Brie, etc. easily. Buying more as hostess gifts.

Have been looking for a cheese knife for over a year since the handle broke on my old one. This is a great cheese knife. It is solidly constructed so I am not worried about the handle breaking again. It cuts through cheese without sticking. It is very good looking. It was not the cheapest knife available on Amazon, but definitely worth the extra money. Also love Amazon Prime, which is a great deal if you live in an area where there is limited shopping.
