7" New Chefs Knife Kitchen Knife Ceramic Knife(AZ701-B)

This is the second of these I've owned (other had a "somebody used Dad's knife wrong" incident). I use it for pretty much every veggie in the kitchen. Both knives have/had no chipping or defects out of box and my first lasted a good six months before noticing any chips(and they were minor). Excellent value and nice grip handle. 4 stars just because comparing it to a metal knife is apples/oranges. Stick to intelligent use and you will be smiles with this.
