Messermeister Meridian Elite 6-Inch Kullenschliff Chefs Knife

This knife is my favorite to use in my kitchen for most cutting jobs. The only problem is I do not have a block to keep it in since it does not fit in the block I have from another set. I was hoping to discard some of my older knives and replace the space with this new one. I looked into a block specifically from this company but I do not like the combinations offered. I keep it in my top drawer in the plastic sheath it came in. Even though it isn't as convenient as having it on top of my counter in a block, I do not hesitate to get it out since it is such a sharp and handy slicing and chopping knife.
