Good: It does the work and quality is good.
Bad: Its not super sharp and can be used in kitchen for daily use. If you really need to cut something Precisely then this knife wont do the job.
Overall, better than grocery stores regular knifes and can be rated just a bit above average.
We cut a lot of fruits and vegetables and this knife is always one of our favorites for getting the job done without too much hassle. We have a whole Kitchenaid knife set but this one got left on a hot surface and we melted the handle...oops. We found the best replacement cost here on Amazon. Thanks!
