While I am sure this knife itself is up to the Henckels standard, the item pictured is not what is described. The item description of Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin Pro Santoku Knife 180mm / 7" is exactly what you'll get. However, this is not what the picture depicts, as the knife you get does not have the hollow edge. The picture represents the Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin Pro S 7-Inch Santoku Knife with Hollow Edge which was what I was actually looking to purchase since I already have many of the Pro S knives. So beware that Twin Pro (description) & Twin Pro S (based on the picture) are not one in the same.
