Love them! These mats are a wonderful addition to my kitchen. I've tried many different kinds of mats but these are far superior to anything I've purchased. I take very good care of my knives and these mats stand up well to slicing and chopping without dulling the edges. And the fact that they will not slide around is terrific. I use them directly on my granite countertops and they stay put thoughout the prep work but are flexible enough to pick up and slide the veggies into a pot. They don't stain and clean up easily.
