I taped up the napkin weight and used that area to hold several condiments. I have it placed in an office kitchen space and use it to store utensils, paper plates and condiments in neat confined space. It works great.

I did not want to purchase a cheap plastic dispenser so I am thrilled with this commercial grade dispenser. It may be overkill for home use, but I didn't want to have to replace it in a year or two. I recently used it for an outdoor party and several people commented on it and asked for the link so they could purchase one. The spaces for the napkins and plates are generous. I was able to put both large and small plates in the verticle section. The only thing it's missing for party use is a handle for portability. This is a great storage option for small apartments with limited drawer space--store your utensils up right!
