The pack itself wasn't too bad although not exactly like the picture displayed as it does not come with the detachable wine bottle holder. The picnic supplies were cheap though and looked to be poor quality. We have a more thorough picnic backpack we received as a wedding gift years ago (now chewed thanks to a new puppy!) and I decided I'd much rather spend a little more for the quality. The main reason not to buy this though is the horrible customer service if you want to return the item. "If" you're lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone, be prepared for the run-around. Sent it back insured with delivery confirmation and have been waiting 4+ weeks for a refund. Overall disappointed in product and even more so in the lack of customer service by this seller.
I was satisfied with the transaction and the initial look at it; however, it was given as a gift and I cannot review further.
