Very handy and useful knives. Cooking can be easy and pleasurable if you have the right tools. Well made and fit nicely in your hand. Recommend them for anyone who cooks on a regular basis.
These knives are very nice, especially considering the price. You might wonder why you need three paring knives. Well, the bird's beak knife really does make peeling an apple or such easier than an ordinary paring knife. The trimming knife has some advantages of the bird's beak knife with a pointed end, but I haven't found anything it's specifically superior for. The sheep's foot knife is my favorite shape for a general-use vegetable and fruit knife.
If you do much knife work on fruit and vegetables, you'll enjoy having all three.
