Clauss 18412 6" Titanium Bonded Chef Knife

I LOVE this knife. I have had it for a couple of months now and it is the only large knife I use now. It has enticed me to order a full set of Titanium knives.

Arrives sharp and stays sharp. I had to touch up my other knives every single use. I have given this one a quick touch up once, although I'm not sure it really needed it.

Yay! I can cut anything from tomatoes to sweet potatoes and everything in between!

I bought this knife on sale here for $6. I was surprised that it was such a well made sturdy knife. Good size and weight for general use. Well balanced, with a rubberized grip. I haven't used it enough to see how well it will hold an edge, but for the price, I bought 2 more. The price has since varied up to about $15. Keep an eye on the price and when it goes down, grab it.

This is my first knife from this manufacturer and I really like it. It came very sharp and is holding an edge (longer than my Global) and feels good in the hand. It was very low priced for such a fine knife. Bottom line, a very good knife for the money.
