Scanpan Classic Cutlery 4-1/2-Inch Vegetable Knife

I bought this knife to use as a paring knife but the handle was too small for my large hands, which is why I only gave it four stars. Because of the handle fit, I decided to use the knife as a letter opener. Paper is very hard on an edge. After sharpening this knife it is one of the sharpest I own. The knife is made in China with German Steel. I have found the steel they use to be Great Steel.

I would recommend Scanpan knives for anyone who likes the style and has small to medium hands.
