
This is a great sized pizza wheel/cutter and the craftsmanship appears high. Mine was stamped stainless Japan. I feel that the blade is sharp enough to cut through but not too sharp where it would dull quickly. Blade tension is adjustable by tightening the lock nut or loosening it, though I'm not certain if this part of the cutter is stainless, so I'll be hesitant to put it in the dishwasher and will dry right after washing. No need to purchase anything more expensive as this one is ergonomic enough for me and fits the bill at under $10 and certainly better than the 2.5 inch diameter dull and loose blade [riveted so there was no way to adjust] Farberware I was previously using.
