Mac Knife Superior Paring/Utility Knife, 5-Inch

I purchases a set of Mac knives about 1975 and we used them so much we wore them out. Ever since, I have been searching for them to replace them without luck until I found them on Amazon. This paring knife is the best I have ever used. We love it.

This is my favorite knife of all. In fact, we bought two of the 5" ones (because each of us always wants to use one, usually at the same time) and one 10" one, and I've given them as gifts too. I love the rounded tip and the overall balance. It does need to be sharpened quite frequently but when sharp is superb for dicing, peeling, and slicing almost anything. I can't imagine my kitchen without it.
