J.A. Henckels International Forged Synergy 5-Inch Hollow-Edge Santoku

So the knife cuts beautifully (I've only used it for 2 dinner cycles), but after the first wash in the sink there are small rust speckles all over both sides of the blade. Now I know I can scour them off, but can you really call it stainless when the rust pops on first washing? No, you can't.

Grest knmife. Added it to my set when I bought them several years ago and use it every day. Henckels makes some of the best quality knives. You won't be dissappointed!

Bought as an addition to complete a set. Its an OK knife but not the same as the high end Henckels that are much better but of course costs so much more

Very sharp, nice an heavy. Note: only has the santoku edge on one side. Over all happy with this product.

This knife is very sharp and works quite well. It is just what we were hoping for. Be very careful when first working with it as I happened to receive a razor slice across my index finger when I first used it. Ouch.
