Diamant Eversharp S/S 8" Roast Slicer w/ Poly Handle

I have had 4 of these knives for over five years now, used them extensively on a daily basis and they are still as sharp as when I unwrapped them out of the box! They don't stain and are dishwasher safe (like I said, I put them to the test for over 5 years). Handle with care as they are really razor sharp!
