Not until we lost our first knife did we realize how great this tool was.

This is such a versatial addition to anyone's kitchen it would be a shame not to have one. Do not let the price fool you. It is built well. Not great but it is funtional. You will not be disappointed.

I LOVE THIS KNIFE.

you WILL NOT find a beter knife anywhere!

Ther are only two complaints. the first being that the size measurment seems to be slightly off, and the blade is very sharp.

although it is hard to complain about a knife being too sharp. the size guard has worked on my mothers salsa recipe, each ingredient, flawlessly!

i got this knife so i can cut veggies and potatoes evenly only im left handed and cant switch blade sides and its very clumsy for me to try cutting anything i wasted my money
