Wusthof Oyster Opener

Of course I had to drop it right out of the package. Didn't matter, it still works like a charm. It is sort of a cross between an oyster and a clam knife. Good, hard, sharp steel, it works great on the small oysters, where the larger knives can't get. Works good on large Blue Points, too, but it is Kumamotos etc where it really comes into its own. But user beware, it IS sharp. If you open a lot of oysters, you will appreciate this knife.
