The quality of this is great! I am so thrilled with this. It washes up nice and looks great when not in use.

I was really surprise, comparing bamboo vs. conventional wood, this cutting board was really sturdy and dense. Though not featured in the description, the cutting board I received, came with an attached knife sharpener embedded in the corner edge of the board. As a belated Fathers day gift, my Dad loved it! :)

This board started to split at the edges after a few months. Never had it in the dishwasher. Always hand washed. Bamboo is great for utensils, but sucks for cutting boards. Not sure why sustainable cutting boards are needed anyway. A well made wooden board will last 20 years. Hardly seems like a serious environmental impact.
