Really love the size & function of this knife. Proof being I reach for it everyday it is great quality, stays sharp, looks sleek & clean ... & has lasted for years. I simply wouldn't want to be without it in my kitchen!

There doesn't seem to be a middle ground.

I like Rada as they are nearly indestructable. Since I abuse my cutlery by throwing it in a drawer and washing it in the dishwasher, ease of sharpening and steeling to straighten abused edges is most important. The balance of the knife is good enough so that you don't really notice the knife--it is not flimsy or cheap. I don't have a need to impress anyone, I just want a comfortable knife to use.

I am not crazy about the feel of the handle on this knife but it cuts great! It feels kind of light and hollow at the handle--maybe I'm used to a heavier handle BUT it slices and cuts as well or better than any knife I've had. I've used it on all types of fruits and veggies and even a cake with hard fondant icing and it made quick clean cuts.

This cutlery is extremely good quality and cuts very well. Price is VERY VERY reasonable and imagine made in the US. I have replaced almost all my knives with RADA and given several paring sets and stubbie knives for shower and wedding gifts.
