Proteak 18 by 7-Inch by 2-Inch Serving Cheese Board, End Grain

The review below was my initial review with a 5 star rating....however since owning this board for less than 5 months it has developed a HUGE crack in it. We asked for a replacement under their warranty and after we submitted the form and photos we have not heard back from them at all! The board arrived with a small crack in it and we erroniously thought it was part of the "natural look" we should have returned it right away, but instead used it an the image we posted should show the result. We cared for it extraordinarily well, but it still got damaged in this short time. Additionally I had ordered one just like this for my oldest son and his arrived cracked as well, only he returned his and got a replacement. If you are lucky enough to get a good one and properly care for it, it should be okay, but I will never order from them again, nor would I recommned this company. Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful!!!! This makes cooking a breeze and keeps my knives sharp! I will be getting a larger oneProteak Square 12 by 12-Inch by 2-Inch Chopping Block, End Grain also, but wanted to try out the smaller one first. I use proteak board for cutting up fruit for smoothies or salads and any other chopping I need to do. Would definitely recommend! In the TRASH goes my old glass cutting board and never again will I buy another one like that!
