Kuhn Rikon Original Nakiri 5-Inch Knife Colori

I love this knife. It's sharp, neatly slicing through the vegetables. It is also super cute and easy to hold. The one thing that may come up is if you are slicing anything longer than the length of the blade (like today, a giant portobello), you may have to do two cuts then.

Just recently got this knife, and I've only got to use it once but i used it to slice potatoes onions and i also used it to cut up the meats. Very sharp and easy to hold and handl. I love it so far cant wait to use it again

great for chopping veggiesreally sharp and works perfect. im not a super skilled chef, but it chops quickly so i look more legit :)

ps they are magnetic so they work really well on my magnetic strip knife rack. seems silly to say, but i wasn't sure if they were Kuhn Rikon ceramic or not.. they aren't :)
