Kershaw Santoku Chef's - 7"

I'm not a professional chef, just a home cook who likes his knives sharp.

I used to have the victorinox 7 inch santoku, which was a fine knife, but I like the kershaw a lot more.

It came razor sharp out of the box, it's light weight but solid. The grip is very comfortable. And for the price aus6 steel is great.

Overall I would highly recommend this knife.
