J.A. Henckels International EverEdge 8-Piece Steak Set

This is a nice set of steak knives for a very reasonable price.

They are light in your hand, so if you are looking for those

huge steak house type knives, this is not for you.

They are very sharp and seem to be holding their edge.

They have a real fine serration on the cutting edge.

I do not like knives with large serration patterns because

they rip. These cut nicely.

I already owned a full set of these knives, but always ran short of steak knives. These are my favorite knives and have held their sharpness for many years. Highly recomended.
