Chicago Cutlery Fusion 2-Piece Knife Set (Parer/Partoku)

I love Chicago Cutlery, and this set is no exception. The knives are light weight, but they are well balanced. The blades stay sharp a long time between sharpenings.The handles really allow for gripping without slipping.

I'm even thinking of buying a second set!

I had purchased the Fusion Partoku knife seperately for my own use. I loved it so much that I purchased this set for my daughter for Christmas. The balance and texture of the handle is perfect for all those who have come to my house and used it. The blade retains its sharp edge wonderfully. I wash and dry it religously and replace it in a plastic sheath before storage. My only complaint is that Chicago Cutlery seems to have ceased manufacturing these so I would buy them as soon as possible, if you can find them. My son was disappointed that he didn't get one as well. I also purchased a Fusion Santoku knife for her larger items. She is very proud of them.
