I ordered two sets of this flatware. While I thought it was beautiful, I have had issues with the quality of the flatware. The second set arriveded with three pieces that were chipped. It took 6 weeks to get replacements, after countless emails...and the replacements didn't match the originals in style or size. This morning I discovered that the knives are chipping as well.I hand-wash my dishes and flatware and I have never left the flatware to soak. After I use it, I wipe it off with a paper towel and then place it on the counter for washing. Mikasa advertises that the flatware comes with a lifetime warranty....but I don't want to spend the rest of my life asking for replacements, piece by piece.
I wish I could return BOTH sets to Amazon. I am very unhappy.
