great grip,good balance but edge doesn't stay sharp at all so it already finding its way to the back of the drawer with the other knives.I even sharpen it with a ceramic rod but really do i have to do this constantly when i'm cutting vegetables.i'm disappointed after all the video hype good if i want to stab my fruit.

I bought two of these so the wife and I could process our venison faster.
