The blade itself is well crafted, however, there is no bolster and the handle is very cheap and uncomfortable to me. I knew not to expect Wusthof classic quality, but this knife was a bit of a disappointment anyways. Will keep for occasional home use, won't be keeping it in my knife bag.

Right out of the box this was extremely sharp and sliced a tri-tip like it was butter. For the price, you would think they could have included a case instead of the plastic and cardboard container.

This knife is awesome for slicing beef roasts. We've been looking for a knife specifically for that purpose for some time, and had long used a serrated steak knife. This knife is so sharp it cuts even a round roast like butter! I only gave it 4 stars because it is very long and may be difficult for some to store...I probably only needed the 10 inch one. Overally I highly recommend this knife.
