I have the aluminum 4 piece carve set plus the steak knives and was so impressed with how sharp they are. I bought my daughter the same thing but with the black handles because I knew with her small kids she would never remember not to put them in the dishwasher. Plus I love the fact that they are made in the USA, that influenced me that much more. You won't be disappointed with these knives.
