I've had these knives for about 1 month. They are excellent. The knives feel comfortable in the hand. They were also incredibly sharp right out of the box, any attempt at sharpening on my part would likely have led to dulling the cutting edge! The larger knive is perfect for every day slicing and dicing of vegetables. It's also good for taking thin slices from small pieces of meat. The smaller one came in handy for peeling potatoes and apples as part of preparing Thanksgiving dinner.
These knives were a gift after we got the same set and totally love both the knives. Great for veggies. It cuts tomatoes with breeze. A+
