Ergo Chef Pro-Series Wooden Knife Set 8 piece with Block

Bought myself the Ergo Chef Pro-Series set for my birthday . . best present! Enough variety in the set for every task. Match them up against my old Cutco knives for quality and ease of use. The price didn't hurt either. Looking to expand my set!

We bought this set plus the steak knife set at Costco. These knives are wonderful, when you hear on cooking shows when they say "Let the knife do the work." You think to yourself, "Yeah right! I need to hack anything to cut it." Well not these knives, they truly cut through anything like butter. Our steaks feel much more luxurious because it takes no effort to cut into them. We use the bread knife often and it really cuts well. No squished bread in this house. Every knife serves it's purpose well. My husband used to hate trimming our meat but with our new knives it is quick and easy and fun!

They also have a lifetime warranty which is great. We were told when we bought them that they are the knives used on Food Network. Guy Fieri has his own line through this company as well.

The block itself is high quality and heavy duty. The knives are so sharp we keep them on top of the fridge because we don't want to take any chances with our kids cutting themselves.
