A Maine coastal vacation rental had one of these among its kitchen tools. I so loved it and finally found it on Amazon. Couldn't be happier. It is my go-to knive for vegetable prep and dicing.

Awesome knife! This is my 2nd and I'm just as pleased as the 1st. Hard to find and I'm sad that they seem to be phasing this knife out of production. Buy it if you can find one!

I love this little knife... literally. I have blocks full of the best knifes in the world and I go to this one more than any of them. I bought it at a different retailer years ago. It needs sharpened a little more often than the "Better" knifes, but it is the perfect size and shape for my family prep needs.
