Well this is a replacement for one we had purchased 20 + years ago and the quality is still as good as the old days. The custom fit sizing works out well and all our flatware now have a proper home. Well done !

top tray just sits on top of the one lower one there is nothing to guide how the upper tray slides over the lower it functions I expected a bit more

After YEARS of putting up with a pile of loose flatware in the drawer I got this two-level solution and it works great. I keep knives forks and spoons in the top tray that slides to and fro. Then there is plenty of room for dessert forks, iced tea spoons, steak knives, butter knives and serving pieces in the lower level. Be sure you have a utility knife to cut the bottom piece to width. A good, metal 24" or longer straight edge wouldn't hurt either.
