This is my first ceramic peeler. Unfortunately, this is not as good as other "non-ceramic" peelers that I have used. The "peel" is very narrow and thin. It takes longer time to peel carrot, potato, etc. I do not feel this ceramic blade is sharper than other type of blade.Save 42% Off
