Slitzer - 8pc Steak Knife Set

We wanted a full length steel shafted knife at a great price and we have found it. zGreat packaging. Very pretty for storage and the knives are super sharp and solid. I'd order again from these folks.

Our only real complaint is it's not 'lefty' compatible, the serrations are only on one side, and they build up meat as you cut, but the handles fit hands well and they seem to be holding up to a lot of use.

I'll be leaving these knives in my family's condominium vacation home in the south pacific. These will be for emergency and for very seldom use. For my intended use, the knives will serve its purpose. For you people who knows their steaks, i suggest the made in Germany "J. A. Henckels" knives. It truly worth every penny. However, this Slitzer 8pc steak Knives are worth the money for its price.
