A friend recommended this and, what the heck, it wasn't that much money, so I bought it. And then I bought 4 more to give to other friends. This is an awesome tool. I find salads are generally healthy, but not that easy to eat. This is the solution...This may sound odd, but it makes every salad taste better.

I use mine for everything, from cutting up chicken or eggs for chicken salad or egg salad, to chopping greens for a salad, to chopping apples for dumplings, and so much more. My grandson is left handed and he can use them too, with ease.

The spring on the salad chopper will not stay in place. It fell off immediately with the 1st use. I have continued to work with it because I like the results. I am very cautious not to loose it, but I can not say the same for everyone else in my house. I contacted Pampered Chef because they claim to have a wonderful warranty on their products. They told me they would not honor that warranty since the item was not purchased from one of their "CONSULTANTS."
