I have worked behind a bar for years and this has always been my key of choice. The construction is good and the double hinge makes opening a quick process. The only complaint that I have is that the hinge housing is made of plastic and can break if you rush the opening. Otherwise this is a solid purchase.

The Rialto wine key is by far the best I've ever had the pleasure of using. As a waiter in an upscale Italian restaurant that sells higher end wines it is always a pleasure to open any bottle with confidence, knowing that you'll never break a piece of cork off and be embarrassed by it splintering into the bottle. Its double hinged depth allows for flexible extraction of the cork and the curved, serrated knife never has you worrying about rotating it around the neck of the bottle or cutting yourself. It's simply the best I've ever used. I bought three of them and plan on buying more for fellow servers very soon.
