Dexter-Russell Wide Cook's Knife 10"

I bought this knife ten years ago at a restaurant supply store. It is the best knife I have ever used. It sharpens easily and quickly. It has a very nice weight, heavy enough to make cutting easy, but light enough that your hand doesn't easily tire.
