I have used Victorinox kitchen knives for years after a friend gave me one. They are wonderful, stay sharp for a long time, and continue to outdo other knives even when they become less sharp. I ordered several of these knives this time, some of which I will give to family and friends. They seem small but can do big jobs in the kitchen.
